The following documents are required for registrations:
- Business registration of your company
- Company letterhead with address and VAT ID and bank details
- Valid EU license (as a carrier)
- Valid insurance confirmation
You can appoint any contact person who is registered for your company as an admin. This means that if you are represented, a new admin in the company can make the change to DAKO LOG for various reasons. This ensures that a contact person is always there and can make changes. An admin can create and block new users. You can also manage packages and view invoices.

Once you have access to the platform, you have 7 days to test DAKO LOG. The subscription can be canceled within 7 days. You can close your account with one click. To do this, go to Settings > Manage packages then click Close account. Or send us an email to: support.de@dakolog
After that, the subscription is valid for 4 weeks. The subscription can then be canceled with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of the month.

There are two ways how more employees of your company can use DAKO LOG:
1. the employee registers at my.dakolog.com, enters his personal data there and then goes on to point 2. company data. There he selects the item Already customer and enters there the customer no. which he receives from the admin.
2. as admin you can easily add more employees under settings > company data > contact person and there press the plus, there enter the employees data with personal email address and press save. You have already created a new employee. The new employee will receive his personal e-mail in a few minutes.
